RegenAfrica is a regeneration and development initiative targeting key political and business leaders and decision makers across Africa and Europe. The vision is to "promote sustainable economies in Africa by ”regenerating the man, the mindset of people and their communities by fostering changes in the continent’s economic position, encouraging good governance and effective political leadership. Our activities across the regions, countries and continent will focus on Africa. in order to inspire growth, create local wealth and deliver a sustainable future for millions of people in Africa.

This mission statement would be achieved by:

• Promoting community capacity building and grass root development
• Promoting Africa as a trade and investment destination for the world and to encourage effective economic and political leadership development in Africa
• Encouraging in-ward investments in Africa in order to provide financial leverages and opportunities
• Transforming Africa by unlocking regeneration and development opportunities through foreign and local investments in changing the political, economic, physical and social infrastructures
• Increasing opportunities to create local wealth
• Empowering the communities to eradicate poverty and the dependency culture within our society.

Partnerships

RegenAfrica will be working with a wide range of partners from community groups to international development partners. our existing relationships with government agencies across Africa and international agencies will be utilized to develop our programmes. Our community development and empowerment programmes are focussed on grassroots support and capacity building of the community to enable them perform effectively and efficiently in regenerating their communities to create improved and sustainable communities.

• Political awareness and ensuring effective governance – top down public administration, grassroots participation & community involvement in decision-making processes, civic and social responsibilities

• Economic integration and development – encouraging inward investments and restructuring the day and evening economies for sustainable development. A key requirement for effective regeneration

• Physical development of infrastructures and environment – community development, health improvement/preventions programmes, creation of local wealth with the community, regenerating deprived communities

• Social investment in education and empowerment programmes for sustainability – capacity building, vocational training, traineeships, mentoring and coaching support, practical & job ready skills, life skills training etc.
